Add Source Form
To let the All Threads bot collect materials for you, you first need to add the desired Telegram channel or group as a source. This is simple and takes just a couple of minutes, even if you are new to this process.
What is a source? A source is any Telegram chat from which the bot will receive messages. This can be a channel or a group, public or private.
Types of sources:
- Public chats — have an open
username
(e.g., @telegram), viewable without subscription. Links look like:https://t.me/username
. - Private chats — do not have a public name, accessible only via an invite link, e.g.:
https://t.me/+hash
. Such links are usually provided by chat admins or owners.
How to add a source:
- Go to the Telegram settings page in the bot's mini app.
- Find the add source form. It looks like this:

- In the input field, paste the link to the channel or group. Examples of valid links:
https://t.me/telegram
— public channel or group;https://t.me/+aBcDeFgH12345
— private chat by invitation.
Important!
- The link must not exceed 50 characters.
- Only Latin letters, numbers, and underscores are allowed.
- If you copied the link from Telegram, make sure it contains no extra spaces or symbols.
After entering the link, click the add button. If all is correct, the source will appear in your list. Now the bot will be able to receive messages from it and use them according to your settings.
INFO
The maximum number of sources depends on your plan and profile limits. If the limit is exceeded, you will see a notification.
