Request Statuses

When adding a new Telegram source, the system assigns a specific status to your request. This status determines when and how you will start receiving materials from the selected channel or group. Below are all possible statuses and their meanings.

Success Status

  • Accepted — the request has been successfully processed. The bot has started receiving messages from this source, and they will appear in your feed.

Intermediate Statuses

  • Processing — the system is processing your request. This usually takes no more than a few minutes, but sometimes may require a bit more time. At this stage, the bot connects to Telegram to access the source.

  • Request Sent — if moderation of new members is enabled in the selected chat, the request is awaiting admin approval. Once access is granted, the source will appear in your list.

Error Statuses

  • Rejected — the system could not add the source. Possible reasons:
    • Technical service limitations;
    • The invite hash is outdated, does not exist, or you do not have access to it;
    • The provided username was not found or is not a source;
    • You already have an active request for this source;
    • The source is not supported (e.g., not a channel or group);
    • Using sources with a paid subscription is temporarily unavailable;
    • The system detected unsafe content.

If your request was rejected, check the link, source type, and your access rights. If errors persist, contact support.
